Louise Wandera
Loise Wandera, originally from Kenya, is the CEO and Co-Founder of METRICSAT, a Luxembourg-based company developing satellite- and AI-powered environmental intelligence solutions for the financial sector. She represents a rising generation of African space entrepreneurs turning advanced science into practical solutions for markets and society.
Under her leadership, METRICSAT participated in the first African Space Solutions Market (MASS) in Abidjan, a landmark initiative of the African Space Agency designed to showcase innovative African space-enabled businesses. This participation positioned her among founders contributing to the growing visibility of commercially relevant African space solutions at a time when cooperation between the European Space Agency (ESA) and AfSA is expanding under the EU-Africa Space Partnership Programme.
Loise is particularly passionate about building bridges between Europe and Africa through space-enabled innovation.

Vincent LYONNET
Vincent Lyonnet supports the development of the Steel Shed Solutions group, which he helped grow from a startโup to a scaleโup by leading international brands such as Batimentsmoinschers.com, Easysteelsheds.com, and Tolesmoinscheres.com.
After business school, he began his career in Paris in recruitment, then coโfounded a communication agency before becoming an Account Director at Valassis.
In 2010, he joined his brother to accelerate the growth of Batimentsmoinschers.com, now a company carrying out more than 3,500 transactions per year in over 50 countries.
Actively involved in the Luxembourg entrepreneurial ecosystem, he serves on the board of Koosmik and Pulse.lu.
Present in Africa for more than 15 years, he has supported the delivery of hundreds of industrial and agriโfood buildings in over 20 countries across the continent, notably in Senegal, Cรดte dโIvoire, Benin, and West Africa.
He contributes to structuring projects such as Senegalโs rice selfโsufficiency program or local agriโfood industrialization (e.g., cashew nuts in Cรดte dโIvoire), thanks to robust metal warehouses adapted to African needs.

Daniel Stoica
Daniel Stoica is a Romanian-born tech entrepreneur and the Founder of RMT Labs. Based in Luxembourg, he has spent years navigating the complexities of
the European ICT market to bridge the gap between high-growth companies
and specialized talent.
As the founder of RMT Labs and the AI-driven platform Skillbourg, Daniel
brings a pragmatic, builderโs mindset to the recruitment industry. He is
focused on moving away from the “black box” of traditional hiring by using
technology to highlight actual skills and potential.
For Daniel, the goal of AI
in recruitment isn’t to replace the human element, but to protect it, removing
the administrative burden so that founders and recruitment professionals can
focus on building meaningful teams. His journey as a founder is defined by a
commitment to making the global labor market more transparent, efficient,
and fair for talent everywhere.

Laurent Smolen
Laurent is an entrepreneur and co-founder of regulated investment platforms in Luxembourg. He brings over 25 years of experience in asset management, fund structuring and multi-asset allocation across collective investment vehicles and discretionary portfolios.
A seasoned multi-manager within the Crรฉdit MutuelโCIC group, he joined O CAPITAL GROUP in 2008 to lead its Luxembourg-based platform serving high-net-worth and institutional clients. He played a key role in structuring regulated investment vehicles and multi-asset solutions across European and African markets.
He has served as director of several investment funds and brings extensive experience in fund structuring, portfolio construction, multi-asset allocation and fund-of-funds management. As a regulated executive (โdirigeant agrรฉรฉโ), he has overseen governance, compliance and investment committee oversight.
As Managing Director, he has led a multi-asset Africa strategy spanning corporate and sovereign debt, listed and private equity, delivering steady and resilient performance since inception in 2021. He is also acting as Founding Partner of Alternative Path Partners
